He shared his tips for industry success, advising agents about how to grow clientele in a downturned market, and use branding to capitalise on opportunities. Mr Panos told agents it was important to remember that during the tough periods, everyone was on the same playing field, using the recent flood event as an example.“Everyone is going to go through bad things in life whether it’s professional or personal, but what you need to keep in mind is that what’s coming is better than what has gone,” Mr Panos said.More from news01:21Buyer demand explodes in Townsville’s 2019 flood-affected suburbs12 Sep 202001:21‘Giant surge’ in new home sales lifts Townsville property market10 Sep 2020Tom Panos gives advice to real estate agents on how to weather the tough times.
